Description

While her ship is at anchor and in the dead of night, Mary leads a small landing party out in a small rowing boat. On board are Mary herself, Kia, Red and Margiana. They try to be as quiet as possible so that the lookout onboard The Black Heart does not notice them. But it is not easy with a full moon and the oars churning up little luminous patches on the surface of the water. They head for the shore of the nearby mainland and search for a suitable landing place, although with so many rocks and cliffs, finding a good spot proves not to be so easy. ** To Be Continued ** I have classified this under Vue as 3/4 of it is a Vue scene, although the figures were rendered in Poser and composited in. Hopefully they still look like they are in the moonlight! I have had some comments about the many figures in some of my scenes - I can only render 2-3 at once, so have to composite several renders toegther in order to complete some scenes. This requires some planning and patience if they are all to look part of the same scene. Many thanks for looking and especially to those following the whole story! As always, all feedback is really welcomed. Have a great evening, Phil.

You did a fantastically good job bring all the pieces together. The choice of Vue for the seascape is once again right on the money. The lighting effects on the Poser chars is spot on - the composite is so seamless, not many people would have know if you hadn't told them! GREAT job! In fact, I think I gotta FAV again!
