Description

Having found a place to land on the rocky shoreline, the party go up onto the beach under the cliffs. The plan is for Margiana to make her own way across country to her father the Prince's palace. Although she agreed to the plan, Margiana can now barely tear herself away. Not only will she face a hazardous journey by herself, she knows the risks that Mary and her crew will face in the morning. Mary tries to give some words of comfort, saying that she has faced many dangers in the past. But this cannot stop Margiana wondering if she will ever see her friend again... ** To Be Continued ** Many thanks for looking and as always, all feedback is most welcomed. Poser 5 renders for the figures with a Vue background. Credits as previously. I hope you are liking (and following!) the story - enjoy the action coming up!! Phil

Very well-written story! The emotion of the scene is excellently portrayed in the lingering expressions on the faces of Margiana and Mary. Their hands reaching out, so close... yet so far... convey the uncertain future ahead. The background characters lend an air of "the continuity of everyday life" realism to the scene. Fantastic work!

This is SO well done! It is a deceptively simple piece, but this is really a pivotal event in the story isn't it. The completely natural looking poses and expressions are fantastic. There are a lot of subtle details here and the "simple transition scene" actually rather firmly sets "the hook" - really NICE! BTW, I'm wondering if you might want to try some bluish-gray lighting for your nightime scenes - simulated moonlight. The lighting is a bit too "daytime" looking...
