Description
I was watering my hanging begonia plant, when a little wren flew out of the plant.
I looked down and there were these beautiful blue eggs.
I watched for the Mother Wren to come back but I'm afraid I got her and the nest wet and she never came to the plant again that day.
Poor poor babies, but I was tickled to get this little treasure.
I hated that I poured water on her and made her leave the nest and her babies.
I have never heard of a bird making a nest in a hanging basket before.
I still have yet to call the Cancer Center and schedule an appointment to see the Oncologist.
I just can't seem to do that one small task yet.
I added a border and frame in PSP 9.

With that blue color I thought those were Easter eggs! Hard to believe a mommy bird would abandon her potential offspring just because of a little moisture. Kind of elitist, eh what? Beautiful capture, nevertheless!

Beautiful shades of blue in this shot. I couldn't find the lettuce image but you have a super gallery and we seem to have an identical taste in flowers in our gardens. I too have grown nasturciums, black-eyed Susans, nicotana, grape hyancinths and marigolds, ha, ha.
