The Chronos Effect I by Clio Aristocratos 
As Clio gradually awakened laying on her side, she squeezed her eyes shut tightly. She must have had more wine at the Taverna than she thought. The dreams she had had were so odd. A murder. Moving through the streets of Athens with Elgon. A fight, a strange figure, a fog. Definitely too much to drink!
How could her bed be this uncomfortable? It felt as if her mattress were made of rocks. Her pillow was odd shape. She felt the pressure of Daphne against her back. That cat was getting big
