for the 2d forum november theme - transitions
it proved to be very difficult for me to come up with something for transitions, but then i thought about casting bronze. i went to see bronze casted several times and the pot with the hot bronze which looks transparent is one of the most frightening and at the same time the most beautiful things i ever saw.
in a way it is more than one transition - from solid to liquid to solid - from cold to hot to cold - from a piece of metal to a form.
with this i tried to catch the beautiful colours combined with the yin/yang idea, which is about transitions too.
