Description

I took this picture about 2 wks ago. On monday I was admitted to Taylor County Hospital. My fever had been 104.8 all weekend. They did all sorts of test on me. Came to find out I am very anemic and my blood platelet count is very low and sometime in the future I am going to have to have a bone marrow biopsy done. They also did a bone scan on me because I was in such pain and it did show suspicious activity on my Left Lung this time. I am just so very tired, weak and in a lot of pain. I see my Oncologist tomorrow although I was due to see them Dec 12th but my family Doctor got me in quicker. Will see what they have to say tomorrow at 4 EST. I will also be seeing my Family Doctor on Thursday, for a follow up visit. If some days you see no comments from me you will know I am just too exhausted to sit at the computer. I did do a fractal of this and can't remember how it was done so will post it next. All post work done in PSP 9 All comments most appreciated and please keep me in your thoughts and prayers I am so very sick. You all mean the world to me. Hugs n love, Susan~

Such beautiful coloring Susan. Beautifully done. I will be thinking about you, you'll never believe how much. I hope your Doctor can stabilise your blood for you. That way you won't feel so tired. Mine and Cathy's thoughts are with you and please don't worry about commenting, if it is uncomfortable for you. I am sure your friends would much rather you rested to regain your strength, than know that you were in pain, whilst sat at the computer. All our love and thoughts go out to you. Stay strong my friend. Steve & Cathy.

A most excellent picture! Wonderful colors! Sorry to hear that you have been so sick lately. You are in our thoughts in our home. We still have a healing candle burning for you. Just try and imagine your self well and it will happen. The mind is a powerful tool. It has been said many times that a person can "think" themselves sick and it will happen. It would seem then that one can manifest wellness by thinking themselves well. I wish you peace and health now and in the future.

A wonderful and colorful reminder of life cycles. We are no different from any other living thing on this earth. And like the beauty of this leaf and the others around it, we make others and ourselves special. One thing that has helped me since my surgery a few years ago and my diagnosis/prognosis, has been to never let myself believe I am sick. I run out of energy unexpectedly and find some days are very hard to make it through. But even when I have to stay in bed or I have to stop to re-energize, I never think of it as being sick. I think of it as just being special and Mother's Nature's way of saying I need to pamper myself a bit by concentrating on myself and my own needs. Never think of yourself as ill. You are just spending more time taking care of yourself and of others helping you do just that. It's all in what you believe that makes the difference.

I'm always amazed how a leaf can turn red. Beautiful picture here Susan. Don't worry about keeping up here.. do it for fun but it's not a job. Reminds me of the patient that complains to the doctor that it hurts to raise her arm in such a manner. So he says don't raise your arm like that! So... if it hurts to use your computer then don't use it. Simple. We'll still be here and wishing for your return to health and we'll be happy when you are having a good day. You must reduce your stress and keep a happy positive attitude. That will go a very long way in your battles with illness. Big hugs and well wishes from Dave :^)

Susan, your images are so beautiful. I love the colors of this one. Don't worry about comments. Hope is a powerful therapy and God is the source of true hope. Jehovah God assures: "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not gaze about, for I am your God. I will fortify you. I will really help you. I will really keep fast hold of you with my right hand of righteousness."Isaiah 41:10. Warming hugs! Amarilis
