Description

While walking one day outside after the rain had quit, I got to looking inside this lily. The luscious raindrop almost made this bud look sensual. Sometimes there is more to the flower than we can see, we have to look. I got my first two injections today. One of Procrit and one of Faslodex. The Procrit burned all the way into the muscle. Yikes but much better than a chemo treatment. I think I can handle a burn LOL. My red blood count is back up as well and I hope I am feeling perky by Thanksgiving so I can cook my turkey for my family and keep it down. Was so sick all weekend did not comment on images. My thanks to Cathy, StevieUkWonder and Dawn for their recent images dedicated to me. Made me smile as well as a tear in my eye. You all are so special to me and I'd like to thank you all, for the many Site Mails asking about me and my health. You're a wonderful group of friends, brothers and sisters. All postwork done in PSP 9 Added frame and border. Hugs~ Susan

My goodness Susan. So much detail here. Beautiful work and the dedication to you, was my pleasure. Glad your blood is stabilizing. That is good news and just ask your Doctor, for an anti emmetic like Maxalon (Metoclopramide) Altacite, or Alludrox. The last two, are very fine antacid preparations. You will enjoy your turkey and all the goodies and it will stay down. Take care, Steve :o)

The essence of artistry is seeing, my dear Susan, and you certainly have 'the eye' as this image testifies so well. The news about your blood is heartening, though I'm sorry to hear of your sickness. Keep being brave, lady, though it's not easy, I know. Mike

There's this gift that comes when an illness confronts us. It opens our eyes to the whole of the world around us. We enjoy everything with a fresh eye. Thanks for sharing a piece of your world. Best regards for Thanksgiving Day..
