Description
I sincerely hope, everyone will have a great weekend here on Renderosity.
I saw my family Doctor last week and I was given some disturbing news.
My cancer has spread to my spine and my ribs.
Unfortunately the prognosis is not good as to where it is located.
No surgery is possible.
They are going to try and dissolve the ones on my back and I have now started chemo for that.
They said now they just wanted to keep me comfortable.
I have been in such severe pain for the past couple of days and have had to go to ER to get relief, but I am definitely not giving up the fight.
I have come too far and been through too much to do that.
Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers.

This past week I have been in a surreal daze trying to cope with all this news.
You all help me in so many ways just being there to listen and your prayers help me tremedously.

As for your well being, I know it must be very harrowing for you, but you MUST DEMAND pain control my friend. Never mind feeling like you're being a nuisance, demand it Susan. I cannot bear to think that you might be in quite unnecessary pain right now. I know more than I care to admit to, about the palleative care for the treatment of cancer, so, bite the bullet my fine friend and take what is yours by right. You'll feel so much better, without that excruciating pain. Hang on in there Susan. There's plenty of options still open to you. Take care. You're being very brave. Steve O;)

Your image is beautiful1 My best wishes are with you. it is not an easy road ahead, listen carefully to what Steve said, I just went through all this with my father two short years ago. This is very hard on those that love you and you need to not give up, though tell them now again and again what they mean to you and remember you mean the world to so many, I'm pulling for you dear friend!

gorgeous pine cone and post work. You already know how I feel about how you are feeling... :-) But its true... you are entitled to whatever type and dose of pain meds work for you. You don't need to feel the pain any more. My doctor taught me when my illness was discovered. If a person is in pain, they can't concentrate on fighting their illness he says. Do what you have to do so you cn concentrate on the fight.

So sad to hear the lastest report from the Doctors. I think it is the pain and suffering you are going through that hurts my heart most of all. Oh, Sis. Your pinecone is lovely! You have a way of showing your heart through your work. I am so sorry that you got bad news. The only thing I can tell you is that our God still does miracles. I am still believing for you and if I could somehow impart some of my strength to you I would. You keep fighting, and don't EVER give up! I pray for you always, my dear friend.
