Description

You know... when you're looking for a home... for someone to take you in and help you out... it's always a bonus if you're kinda cute. Let's say this little water bird (of some obscure lineage) took shelter in your boathouse. You go in there and see her and instead of shooing her away... there's something about her that melts your heart... and you make it okay for her to stay. So... I gave her eyelashes (in UF) to make her irresistable... is it working? ;) 100% Ultra Fractal... no postwork... Thank you all so much for your gracious comments on the Valentine necklace. Your words were like lots of special gifts... and I appreciate and treasure every single one of them... :) Thanks, too, for taking the time to have a look at this one... Hugs! Helen :)

In the words of the late, great Steve Irwin, "she's a real beeeeauty!" That little bird can stay at my place any time. LM, only you could create a bird with eyelashes like that ;-)

She can definately stay. I guess it is because she is so beautiful and rare.

Beneath the shelter of the canopy of shade, the beauty bird propels her silent drift and stays. Alone, she turns her shapely neck to consider your presence as you look. What you first see is the piercing eyes... and then, there's the lashes. You're hooked and she's safe. Your work is masterful, indeed.Did Valentine's Day do this to your heart creating this scene? Wow.

A magnificent bird to find sheltering in your boathouse! Mine is kind of frozen solid right now so she must have flown west. Beautiful work, really amazing!

Envious am I, not at the image - that is for the sheer enjoyment of all - but at the effortless display of technical mastery. Thus artistry is able to breathe without constraint.
