Description

Captured locally on 2/23/07 of pigeons waiting almost patiently to be fed below. I was fortunate on this telephoto shot because the avians are rarely still, fluttering about and all, especially in anticipation of feeding time. But, in retrospect, I definitely need more practice and experimenting to do in the freeze frame category. Say, I do believe that's Hermie towards the middle left in this lineup! Awesome capture, Harry, I've tried taking a capture of these doves in my back yard and never can get it clear or close enough, etc. Bravo!

It's a great capture of the activity of birds. Just enough blur to show the fast motion and enough stillness to get the bird shape. NICE!!

Good shot ol boy, I think the movement helps with the mood of the capture. I'm thinking it might be a tad boring if they were all still, but that could be just me. Nice work Harry!!
