I started around 12/2002 when my brother give me microsoft 2001!picture it that is where i learn. I like to help others in art showing them there a better way of doing things. Not just past a image thougth a filter and post it.But take the image a add to it// cut// bend the colors and make real art.Use layes and lays of images. each showing what is under it. blowing your mind as you make it hopeing others will look at it and say that far out man BIOborn on Sept 23, 1951 in lake charles,la. just haveing fun dont like doing the same things over and over. It like eating you eat diff things all the time.

I did not crop the image. I scan it and it was just like this. It was the last image I shot with the film so I think that is what happen here but I like it.

And I like it greatly too, Jock. I do not understand the technical stuff. Not a bother for me ;-) I know a good shot when I see one. Nice to see you too!! Tom is such a special man. Well, I think so. Hugs for all your family. Na night. Di.

Hi Jocko, you look pretty comfortable sitting there. (You wouldn't have a beer somewhere, would you?) Actually you can get in big trouble with the government sitting in the dark, only they are allowed to do that! Or, is it that they try and keep all of us in the dark most all of the time? With you camera, UV lights and paints, and now your IR film and filters, you can take just about any pictures that are possible, and I think that is super!!!

You looks like a business man Jocko! That's a beautiful picture :)

Seeing what others do in photography gives me ideas too. I can't remember if it was you or someone else using a mono-pod to hold the camera above every ones head. Well, I've shot pictures over and under bridges using the monopod. I thought it was a great idea. Some of the things you do raises my interest. Keep on doing what you do. I like it! Aloha

Intersting POV...make me think about a setting sun in underwater.

I don't know Jocko, it seems the IR film has killed the neon light FX...nice contrast though ! ~Cheers~
jocko500
It may have killed it but at lest I know what the UV Lighting hits the IR film will pick up on it

oh for an underwater camera and a still sea and i would love to take that sunset photo too ;) I was under the impression that UV lamps emmitted UV light, and that IR film recorded IR light. Now correct me if i am wrong, but isnt UV light at completely the other end of the visible spectrum from IR light? I think you need to take either the UV lamp or the IR film back to the manufacturer and complain ;) Keep up the "on the fringe" ideas, its the best medicine for an active brain :)
Svarg
UV and IR are at the opposite ends of the scale, so theoretically a UV light will not show up on IR film. Cool shot, and neat experiments!

excellent self portrait ***
