I just had to upload this rehash of a pic i uploaded a while ago, just to show off the Photoshop 'sketch action' i found for free at http://www.atncentral.com/download.htm There a lot of actions on the page, the one i used to create this is 'Sheri's Sketch Action 2.1'.
