My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Tara, I always wanted to go back in your gallery hoping to find some of your 2D art, and i've found a whole lot of it. I see much of it is digital, but it's painting (some of the best painters on this site are wholly digital) and I am drawn in by every one. It's probably strange for you to read a comment on something from 2 years ago, but I think this is quite beautiful. Your range of hues within the violet/purple family, and the strands, textures and movement are both subtle and very engaging. I mean engaging as in engaging me immediately & at the core. I've used artrage & gotten maybe a passing image or two, but you've produced a subtle swirl of many veils & layers, and it's the kind of work I would look at repeatedly & travel its passageways and feel how many world you reveal here. I think this is beautiful, and I'll come back to these halls again. (2007 was just yesterday, but in gallery terms the wheel had just been invented!) Lovely & complex. A fav.
