It's not that he didn't like being tethered to the clothesline... but he was scaring the heck out of the cats. And... well... you know how everyone tends to make fun of "scaredy-cats". Even the sparrows were twittering at the sight of full-grown cats running away from Nemo. I try to maintain a zero-tolerance attitude when it comes to critters making fun of other critters... especially in my back yard... so Nemo is temporarily confined to the utility room. I'm hoping that, if he gets bored enough, he'll decide to learn how to use the vacuum cleaner.
