Description

May I introduce you to Henry Rivett, age 5. He was playing the part of an evacuee in World War II. Such a sweet little boy who really played the part so well, down to the very last detail. I remember my mum telling me about the time when she and her sister were evacuated out of London during the war. My autie was such a naughty little thing that they sent here back, much to the disgust of my grandad! Of course, my mum was a little angel (just like me)!!!! Have a lovely week. Eileen xx

A terrific portrait and photo even down to the grubby knees, hand knitted jersey and stained shoes. I remember my mum telling stories about being in the blitz in London.
