Description
This is Winston. I met him when I was taking a walk a few weeks ago. I postworked out his leash, hit "sharpen" once, cropped and framed.
Perfect strangers are so willing to let me take pictures of their doggies! Life is good. :)

I love scotties and almost got one instead of a doxie. The doxie won out but that doesn't mean I'm not still open to getting a scottie some day. Lovely shot and great postwork!

Wonderful POV and detail in this capture of the bonny Scottie, my lass! When I first read the title I didn't know whether to expect a picture of a pack of cigarettes or a portrait of Churchill. Anyway, being friends, I'm sure you won't mind me donning the robes of nitpicker and offering some constructive criticism -- that is, if there is such a thing. The background is very bright, so I believe equalizing the intensity of the light vis-a-vis the dark shades, especially with Winston's hair, would have done wonders in this case.

I was given a dog like this many years ago and an errant or on purpose bullet struck him and on a Saturday night very late I had to take him to a vet clinic to be put down. that little dog never barked and was so gentle.I was sure I knew who done it but had no proof.Winston brings back some wonderful memories.thanks for sharing him and your excellent capture
