Description

Captured 7/12/07, approximately 1.5 miles from my abode. First of all, there goes Renderosity again, messing around with the format. Now it's white text on black pages to contend with. Anyway, since the flower was sitting so high off the ground, I captured this beauty, with its army of teeny weeny stamens, while standing on my tiptoes. Fortunately, my Canon A80 has a rotating LCD monitor which enables me to deal with eventualities of this sort. Have an unforgettable work week!

This is beautiful, Harry, just gorgeous. So clear and focused I can enjoy the little tuffs on the ends of the petals. The multitude of stamens puts me in mind of a mini-wheat field in there. :-) Absolutely breathtaking shot. As for the change in appearance for RR...I was caught in the change and could only get the black background in the photo gallery. The header was in gray so the titles didn't really appear so you could read them and in the comment section, all that was there were avatars to the left and empty boxes to the right. LOL! Can't tell you how many times I hit "refresh" and finally restarted the PC before I realized it wasn't me, it was a change in format for RR. :-)

Cool flowershot Harry...taken on tiptoe!! Love the sun illuminates a white gorgeous petals and a busy middle like a forum they talk about something for sure, topic maybe how we ganna adopt to the new colors and layout of Rendo.Big question!
