Description

More background experiments. Sorry I keep promising to renew the stories, but never seem to get it going. Those aren't working the way I want them to, so I have to settle for experiments until I get it right. Anyway, this was built entirely within Photoshop CS, with help from the Glitterato and Lunarcell plugins. Most of this, however, is my own dabbling in Photoshop. Somebody pointed out that one of these earlier experiments would be fun to play with, which got me wondering: Would any of you like some of these backgrounds? I'm considering (and certainly open to) sharing these with others, if they feel that these are good enough to use. However, I won't simply dump them out there if they look cool to me but nobody really wants to play around with them. So, feel free to comment on these, and if you do want either this one, or any of these experiments (of if you'd like me to do something else) drop me a line, I'm open to collaborating and sharing if anybody would like. You all have certainly inspired me enough in my own work, it seems only right to try to give something back.

Quite an intriguing image! I love the colors, the whole shebang! I'd love backgrounds to play around with. I'm in the process of making a couple myself...space shots, and this one just inspires me even more!

Buff, What atmosphere! It makes me feel as if it was inside a nebula, without the physical fastenings that the human body needs, feeling the coldness of the space and the time its heat. I suppose that there are many working hours after this image. It enchants to me, you I assure it. greetings

I'd like to fiddle with them, especially if they were still layered. There is really nice color in this, and the stars are great!

Really Nice!!! This is actually more close to what the human eye would see if it did't suffer from such a narrow field of perception or how to put it, you know if it could see anti-matter gas clusters and such ;) My compliments!

I think it would look awesome as a desktop wallpaper. This reminds me of going up through some sort of atmosphere to the stars- maybe some other civilization on another planet has a moon like ours, and wishes to travel to it? :)
