Description

Yeah, another shot of me, but if you ignore that, it's kind of interesting. Because of the POV, this looks steeper than it was. We're right by the rock where we ate lunch, so you can compare with yesterday's upload. At this point I'm probably taking the shot of Mt. Jefferson that I posted a few days ago. Yes, I haul my tripod up and down mountains. :-) There's also another lens and filters, and other "camera stuff" in my pack. If you look at all closely at this, you'll see lots of black specks. I was going to clone them out, but I realized that they're the butterflies I've mentioned before, so I left them in so you could see how many there were. And this is up where it's windy; there were lots more farther down the mountain. I'll stop rambling now. Thanks for stopping by and any comments.

Beautiful vista and shot of you. Looks like you are on top of the world. Yes, I also wonder why the butterflies are up there so high.

Okay - whatever you do, DON'T BACK UP!! Yeah - I compared it with yesterday's image. You may not fall off a cliff, but you'd have one heck of a long roll to the bottom! Thanks for climbing up there to take pictures for us! Absolutely gorgeous view.

This is a great shot of you, and the area below you. I'm impressed that you were right up there with the clouds.

Doesn't it say something about the steepness when you have to set up your tripod on the only level place in sight... the single-file, foot wide trail? I especially like the cloud sneaking up on you :)

Watch out Dennis, that cloud's going to knock you over!! A brilliant POV and a marvellous blue sky. I must admit, I'd struggle to carry myself up there let alone all that equipment - you must be a very fit man indeed! Great capture. xx
