Description
HOLLYWOOD, 1976
The cast of Three's a Bunch, as planned, was to be:
Herve Villechaize as Snark
Dolly Parton as Lily
Donna Summer as Yade
Dirk Benedict as Cal
The budget for the pilot did not allow an all-star cast; in fact, it allowed a no-star cast. Instead, the producers picked up three self-described "zombie squishers" and one Malibu waiter to be placeholders during the taping of the pilot. These actors would be replaced by the aforementioned stars when the series was picked up by the networks. Of course, this plan never came to fruition.
