A shot of Chrissy (BibbyBear) yesterday at LLangollen [difficult to pronounce if, like me, you are not Welsh - just call it Klingon like I do] hiding behind her camera, wearing her new photo-taking hat. A little girl of about 5 years old mistook us for cowboys! lol.
I had been working on a different shot of Chrissy all day but I'm wanting to postwork things that I don't know how (yet) so I thought I'd put up this fun pic.
More shots of Klingon to follow in the next week.

OMG!!! I suppose at least with this shot you didn't have to make my face look good LOL! Dare I say without it sounding conceited... but I really quite like this shot Carl - it's an excellent POV which makes me look so adventurous on the edge of the water like that!! Mind you the long walk across the aquaduct later in the day most definitely WAS adventurous, for me at least!! Yes, a pair of cowboys for sure but the funny thing was, with the exception of the little girl you mentioned, nobody else looked twice at us - I think if I wore my new "MATE" around my own town, I'd probably get linched!! Lol nice one the wildlife must have been interesting... My son bought me a cowboy hat but sad to say not so good with an SLR with flash-gun impossible ! Even have to reverse by favoured baseball cap..

beautiful capture and must have been a blast sharing some time together. I was sitting on a rock like that fishing when I was a teenager and got up to get bait and when I returned there was a water moccasin snake on the same rock
