Description

Hello All! Another from my butterfly series taken in upper penn Michigan~ not sure what kind of butterfly this is I hadn't seen one quite like it before.. - so might be the last post for a little while...till i get things sorted here... ...on my daughters computer here, woke up this morning and my personal G/A computer was completely fryed!! sniff ... Darn thing won't reboot no matter what or with anyboot disk ... i have thousands of pics on there about 100 postworked already ...only half of which i have saved on an external hard drive.. so this morning, i uploaded paint shop on Annie's computer and put this shot in from a card I had in my camera and played with it some... Murphy's law -lol-we FINALLY get the new computers for the kids ( which they are never off of ( Annie's being homeschooled online at the California virtual acadamy always on 24/7 ) ... and my comp dies ..!! so REALLY hoping and praying i can somehow save my comp but mainly my pictures there are many i want to share that i hope are not lost!!...but it will be a few weeks before we can get it fixed ... probally the best -not so best - thing for me as i have two upcoming slumber partys and out of town comp comming as well... and should be domestic ( yuck),.lol... so going to keep a positive attitude here !!... Anyways, hope you like my little butterfly capture here for now! Thanks for all your time and comments!! Love to you all!! ((( BIG HUGS ))) ♥ Kimmers: :O)

Kimmers, my heart goes out to you regarding your computer, and you busy upcoming schedule. I think this might be a moth, but I'm no expert. I'm sure someone will know what it is. It is a really lovely photograph, with whatchmacallit posing nicely for you. ;))) Hugs, and strength to you! Suzanne

Dear Kimarie, among certain repairers, it is possible derécupérer the contents of a disc on a new disc. If your computer is equipped with catch USB, you can even integrate an external hard disk from approximately 80 Gigas on which you will be able to then transfer the contents from your internal hard disk! I speak with full knowledge of the facts, because my disc system today is filled with the x3/4 of programs... TR_s beautiful stereotype of this butterfly, which ressemeblt with an airliner ready with takeoff!!!

Hmm. Butterfly id might be a good homeschool project. Try http://www.butterfliesandmoths.org/ from University of Montana for resource. Great image, sorry to hear about the computer. Suggestion Danob made about the hard drive is probably best. Good Luck!

Like Danob says, take it to an expert, if its the motherboard thats gone, they should be able to save your data. I did the same thing a few years back only had data on hard drive lost well over a thousand images, since then I always back up on an external device. Fantastic shot of the butterfly, really beautiful markings and colour! Bravo!!!!! Good luck with the computer.
