Description
This is a trailer in a trailer park in St. Charles, Mn. I guess you could call it a house boat now. Notice they were prepared with their own boat tied up to the front porch. This is from the flood on 8/18/07. Around 17 inches of rain fell that day.

Such a descriptive capture. Sad, especially when multiplied by the thousands who've been through this. I'm surprised 17 inches didn't sink the canoe. I hope the residents have recovered, but I know their lives are forever marked by events like this.
