Description

My second photograph from the Rocky Mountain National Park. The previous one was 'What Did The Elks See?' thumb_1524441.jpg At times I found it a bit hard to decide what to select for my photographs - everything was so overwhelmingly big, or high or steep... This point caught my attention because of the malformed trees- a long line of pine trees right on the ridge, non with the "cone with a stick in the middle" shape. More like "triangle with a pole flag on the side" shape... On second look other forms also looked peculiar or indecisive about their role: the rocks were precariously balanced, uninformed of the laws of gravity, pondering quietly "should I stay or should I fall.." the cloud formations nearly arranged themselves into straight lines but were so thin and undecided "to be or not to be..." . And lastly I noticed the lines of rainbows - not bow shaped at all, and very faint as though they left the workshop before their final form and paint coat were completed... I hope you enjoy the formations I captured!

I lived in the Rocky Mountains during my childhood. Your last two images have brought back so many fond memories! I long so badly to go back and these images make that feeling all the stronger. Keep them coming!

I find this image so well composed in terms of design; looks like if you´d had the chance to coordinate elements to make them work together. Seems to be good reference material to work with VUE.

I agree with comment from Bogart137, in terms of composition and elements this seems like an image you could build in Vue. Great shot.
