Description

"I had hoped to prepare you for this. He's just a mutant. Much like your insects. He's harmless, really. Well, if you're Metalunan." Sadly, Dr. Meecham's last words. Used ZBrush to make the mutant. Just got ZBrush and there's much to learn. The other apps are: 3ds Max, Silo, Poser, Quidam, Photoshop and CBC. Enjoy. Love to read the comments, so keep 'em coming.

Wow...that was fast work! I like the look of the alien (great Z-Brush work) The image in the middle has a great depth by the fogging background! The using of many software was worthwhile - it's classic SF-style!

Your aliens look like but heads - I know, think of the 50s era... I guess when you put the BBBLLT on the screen, I should of been thinking 50's... I was thinking cell phone... and thanks for the subliminal message... BBBLLT - What's that spell? BLT - baccon, lettuce, tomato... I'M HUNGRY... I hope your alien isn't. Everytime you put a new character in the script they get axed... Well, my not every time. I know 3 out of 5 are in serious situations. Keep the comics coming... Will Betty Boop make a suprise entry??? Maybe a poster in the background, you know.

Beautiful use of light and shadows. Always a key element when doing a great black and white comic, digital or otherwise.

Yes, continue the broken heart sub-plot. I sense Tommy will play a more important role in future frames. Looks great. Really love the inking texture. The martian is killer.

These comic strip scenes seem to be a bit more rewarding in the creativity and imagination dept. rather than a lengthy ptoject that takes forever to model ,texture ,light etc .etc. So much going on for one image you do pull it off very well !

Wow this is again extremely professional job! In particular the use of pure black areas that give a very efficient dramatic effect, and the shadow of the alien which is falling on this poor guy… Perhaps, however, I would have kept the picture of the alien for the next page to maintain suspense. As the earlier pages, deserves the highest congrats!

That alien head looks great, can't quite recall where I've seen it before, but I could swear I have. For someone who "just" picked up Zbrush, you came out with some great results pretty fast! Great addition to the series!
