Description

This shot is taken from the brink of Lower Falls. I didn't really like the viewpoint, but I thought it showed the power of the falls well. And this is from August; I'd love to see what it looks like in March when the snow is melting. Lower Falls is 308 ft (~100 m) high and is one of the most popular sights in the park.

That's a heck of a lot of water! I bet it's deafening, standing there. I can barely hear myself think, just looking at it! I actually like the POV. It gives me a little bit of vertigo.

Good heavens, it certainly is a powerful shot! Such strength and determination...water goes where it wants, when it wants and at the speed it chooses. Wonderful shot.
