Description
The Heart That Told
Alone
Unsure
Cut off from growth
I wish I could believe
The song that spoke
So much people do not see or realize
Reality speaks the heart of soul
Change a thought even a person
Desert wind across my face
Time will surrender
Vitality behind life
Surrender to me
Love will let me see the eyes
To know what is right or wrong
Realize what is needed at hand
Spirit will guide
To know my name
I wish I could believe
The heat that told

There's some real depth in your poem, Linda. Surrender is a key to realization. Your image speaks to me of being stripped down to essentials. That's when our eyes see, and ears hear, and mind understands. Wonderful work, dear Linda. Hugs and loving smiles! Suzanne

Listen to your heart, Trust your gut, Believe in the gift Of who you are. I love your mountain, with the green swath of trees. Makes me think there's a stream there, adding to the landscape, giving life. Beautiful!

Please be not offended, but your image reminds me of melting ice cream and now that I have the taste for some in my mouth I am going to suffer through the next 10 hours here at work until I can get to the store and satisfy the taste you have implanted in me, LOL ;^D Believe me it is a very Lovely Image, but I think it is how the colors flow together so very softly and smoothly, so Baskin Robbins is my first stop on the way home, Mmm-MMMMMMM Good !!!!!!
