Description

Well, I don't normally do request (just don't have the time), but CrownPrince had a sword he wanted,... and here's the first cut at it. Hope you like it dude.

I have rendered several darkskinned elves myself, and the white leashes simply do not work with them I think. Though they are hair of course, I think a dark tone would look better. Otherwise another stunning example of your interesting RP world.

Cool looking sword. In regards to Azatoth's comments, I think the character and hair are fine overall, though I think that in this image the eyes are lost in her eyewhites. That is, you just don't see them very well. In any event, overall it's a great image.

Azathoth, chimera - obviously, I need to do some closeups of my Drow,... there is an old curse on Arrallon, "May you see the color of Drow eyes." Drow eyes on Arrallon are all white, including the pupil, under any kind of light whatsoever,... only in pitch blackness can you actually make out the pupil, when their eyes are lit only by their own internal glow. Thus, the curse,... if you're seeing Drow eyes in pitch blackness, you're probably real close to dead. So, in all the artwork I do with my Drow, their eyes are all white.

Love the sword, it has that LoR elven look about it with all beauty and elegance that goes with such a weapon. Yet at the same time the grip has an nasty, dare I say, ugliness to it that announces the wielders savage and violent intentions. You couldn't make this sword any more Drow if you had it flashing the word Drow in bright neon letters across the blade. I also like the pose. I think out of the various poses you've had Aranea in, this one has to be my favorite. There's a certain mischevous and flirting look to her in this one. If it wasn't for the blade, I would hardly be able to tell her dark intentions, despite the fact she's a Demon drow. By the way, I've noticed you've been spending a lot of time with the Drow. Not that I'm complaining in the least. I like Drow. :) Does this mean we might be seeing more of Opal as well or is that merely wishful thinking on my part?
