Description

This dear little green float home is nestled permanently here amongst all the boats. Enough room for your books, do you think? It boasts a garden on its rooftop 'patio', and a tiny little wood stove, but no laundry facilities. (Just after I took this pic, the lady resident came out carrying her laundry bundle and walked down the pier to the laundry facilities in the wharfinger's office.)

It's perfect! I'll take it. :-) Its just right for me and my puppies and my boxes of books. :-) And I'd have wonderful neighbors. and I could drink my morning coffee while I wet my line. Thank you for finding this wonderful boathouse, I'll be moving in right away. :-)

Now MrsLubner has a place to install her new washing machine. She doesn't know it yet, but I'll be sharing the boat with her....just me, my computer, and my cameras, that I'll use to take pictures of her little rooftop patio garden. Anyway, good POV and sharp clarity displaying this wonderful myriad of boats nestling at the drydock in this marvelous capture, Chris!
