Description

Shot taken today at a little spot in Grosmont, North Yorkshire. This goose was telling me in no uncertain terms to go away! He'd had enough of me and my lens. I beat a hasty retreat. Sorry, I have not been online much since Friday. I will catch up with you all in the week. Thank you for looking and for treasured comments. Have a happy eventime. Hugs. Diane. xx

Looks as if geese haven't changed much since they last defended the Capitol in Roman times ! Lol! Beautiful capture, Diane. Have a good rest and you have plenty of time to catch up with what matters most to you. bises , JL

For a moment I thought they were geese from a park in my city of Ghent, Belgium, two pictures of which I posted a few months ago, noticing the lump on the right one's head. Either this one got hit as well, or the lump may indicate it is, or is not, a gander. I'd better brush up on my zoology! Wonderful capture!
