Description

I know you wonder how I take my photos of Lake Matin. In my small truck. There a road that goes alone side the lake on one side. I guess about five miles I not sure. Will see next time I go. There is side roads but I never went down them. There even a bed and baskfast place there too. I thinking of looking into those side roads. But I rarely get out the truck and if I do i look real close first. I got photos of a gator at one place I was thinking of geting out but I saw him or her. Just the eyes too and close to the bank. I post that later on for I got it on my new camera and another time on film and i like to show both at the same time so i got to scan the 35mm film first. Hope it will look good lol. But the flowers just bloomed about a link of one mile and as far as I can see into the swamp which is I guess halve a mile in some places. I saw a tripod on this car window I need to get too. it had legs that rest on the outside of the windows. I looked on the web but could not find what I wish. I saw some that you clamp on the window but it look like it would break the window. I keep looking and maybe one of you saw a window tripod with legs that put the weight of the camera over a large area of the window? Thanks for looking and comments. I working day and night now lol

That reminds me. I've got a window tripod with clamps hidden somewhere among my equipment. Anyway, nice POV employed of the side road and foliage around Lake Matin.

Great shot, Jocko. I just bought what's called a "koala" tripod, has little legs that twist around things to hold your camera, got it on ebay. Probably not quite what you're thinking of, but I sure like it!!

I'm surprised that the yellow flowers can survive there, as the water looks very brackish and dangerous ! ~Cheers~ :o)

The road is amazing... right through the swamp like that! How did they do that? The swamp scum is great and the flowers are delicate in a rugged location.

Try google Car window camera mount. There are mounts that you can attach to the car door. Nice river for pictures. Excellent. Aloha

A camera is like an unskilled workman assembling a product. Without keen eyes it must use lenses to correct to it's adaptability. Think of a pilot and observer to understand the meaning of my factory analog.
