Splendid closeup of what reminds me of trail mix, or one of those granola nut type health bars that's supposed to give you an instant energy pickup. Terrific textural effects in this shot, young lady! BTW, this is another reminder that I should resume putting my several bark photos on display, and I've got a ton of 'em.

WOW! This is amazingly detailed, amazingly captured, and wonderfully engaging. As a stand alone texture it offers a wealth of elements to explore. As an abstract photo, it is a playground for overactive imaginations like mine, and as a nature study, it's simply rich. This is a great image.
