Description
Continuing in the black and white ad world, here is a newspaper advertisement that I created for my TV station.
This was a quick turnaround job where I ended up photographing the reporter since there was no budget money nor was there time to even go on actual location. I grabbed a photojournalist out of the newsroom with the reporter in order to create this impromptu set-up outside. Luckily the day was slightly overcast so the lighting was somewhat even without having to deal with deep shadows. Using Photoshop, all I had to do was cut and paste the microphone a little higher in front of the subject.
Sometimes I just get lucky! I was able to get the ad done the same day.
