Description

Prague is a city of passages and courtyards...a stony maze of backstreets and little hidden spots. At times, it can be overwhelming, especially during tourist season--or when you're traveling alone, looking to establish yourself far from home. Prague, or Praha also means "Threshold" and so it's fitting that the city offers so many passages into other places, both spiritually and physically, and like all thresholds, it is an occasionally terrifying place. If your life is changing, radically, however, you'll probably end up in Prague, walking through passageways like this one into whatever awaits you at the far end. In this case, it's a street full of construction workers and an overflow of patrons from the bar next door. I thought I'd be able to browse galleries more, but alas...things are crazy and I'm working on plans to either get back to Dortmund, but that's proven to be a tangle of red tape, or travel onward...so it might be a minute before I can catch up on actually viewing things...but in order to keep some semblance of routine and sanity (and an eye on my future) I'm posting here when I can. As always, thank you for viewing and commenting, and I hope you enjoy this dark little piece.

Depuis ton retour à Pragues, tu nous offres, ici et là, des cadrages plus serrés. Mon regard glisse lentement vers l'introspection. Since your return to Prague, we offer you, here and there, the framings tighter. My eyes slid slowly toward introspection. SpLendide prise de vue

I like this...alot! I don't find it dark at all but more of a crossroad perhaps...what lies at the end of the passage way...will there be one door to open or many doors? I hope all is well with you, I've missed you...hugs my friend!
