I would love to share this fabulous Michael Salad with you! My dear friend Michael, one of the yummiest men on the planet, makes the most fabulous salads. No family dinner is complete without one of his gorgeous creations!
They're always a little different. No two salads are ever exactly the same. This one had greens, radishes, mushrooms, dried cranberries, raisins, red onion, avocado, tomato, candied pecans, artichoke hearts, baby corn, and . . . well, I'm sure I'm forgetting something. It was delicious!
I'm quite sure that at many gatherings yesterday everyone was all agog about the turkey and gravy. In our family, NOBODY skips the salad!! :)

Not a salad lover myself, maybe the tomato, radishes and a hard boiled egg and 1 piece of lettuce, I'll pass on the rest. I must say it does make a very photogenic object, full of colour and as PJ says, life. It jumps up and makes you take notice. Great composition Tara. Excellent capture. Bravo!!!!!

What an interesting shot, Salad always disagrees with my tum, so I eat very little. I make up for it with other things! lol. it makes a very interesting photo subject.
