Description

We are almost on top. The formation you see in front of you is the top/back of El Capitan. It is the foremost limestone formation in the thumbnail. It is separated from Guadalupe Peak by a steep craggy valley. Thanks for all the comments on yesterdays picture, all comments and advice are welcome. Don't give up we are all most on top. See Y'all, Todd http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/browse.php?username=toddaking

I'd be a wreck...standing on dead, dry grasses and small rocks so close to a slope... I'd be sure to find the bottom of that view with something besides my eyes. Wonderful vista and good compo.

Such a magnificent scene as seen from elevated grounds. The mountain peaks are dwarfed by distance and fog and yet, they maintain their grandeur and majesty. To stand on top of the world - such an exhilarating experience I am sure. Keep yourself safe and enjoy.
