Description
This female mallard was so irritated by some pesky intruder on her skin that she was vigorously preening, biting, and thrashing about in the water.
I chose this one for that one feather flying through the air.

Very god choice, the feather is the second thing I notice after the lovely separation or colour in the water. Plus the ripples are so perfect considering so much fussing about.

Oh my goodness, that ducky-wucky is all steamed up about something, splashing around and all! Maybe it's camera shy and doesn't want any visitors poking around its lake of Eden.
