So... It's been a while. I've just started using Vue 6 a week ago and this is where I've got to so far. I'm relatively pleased with the result, as I'm so new to Vue but I was irritated that the Pro Studio edition doesn't support the advanced input nodes that allow you to easily create foam around a shoreline. So I had to try and fake it as best I could.
Rock material with multiple layers, one of which is a thin white layer with a bit of blending and a reasonably carefully place water plane and that's how I've got to this point. Added an ecosystem to it and that's that. It's not *really* realistic but it was the best I could do. If anybody else has any ideas, please let me know! :-)
Anyway, this is one view of an archipelago, which may or may not appear in a future render. Hope you enjoy. Oh, and there's no postwork on this image apart from the background.
Cheers,
Ant.

Hey, welcome back! And welcome to Vue! :-) This is a very promising start indeed. Your lighting is spot on. The water looks good and you faked the foam very well, considering the limitations of your Vue version. The eco also looks good. Hey, everything looks good! The only thing I would do differently, but it's a matter of a taste, would be the composition. It has much more "visual weight" on the left than on the right side, it's not balanced. Maybe a different POV to make the trees go up as they approach the right side, or some other elements on the right side to balance it. Anyway, that's a detail. Congrats!
