Description
Another shot from Ann's garden, taken last summer. This is a bachelor button (aka cornflower, aka centaurea cyanus).
The sun was out today for a little while (!) and I actually got to go for a walk around my neighborhood and take some pictures! Yay! I haven't had a chance to look at them yet. Hopefully there's something good there!

What is with this yearning for the sun? Why, it was 76 degrees fahrenheit here today, with a surfeit of bright sunny days forecast for the upcoming week. Perfect photography weather. But I digress. Nice colors and POV in this lovely shot of the Bachelor Button, one of which I wear in my lapel when I go carousing about.
