Description

This is one of my favorite shots. I usually sit in the back row that faces the Elder's Bench. Now and again someone will sit in the bench below it and or to the side, but I noticed no one ever actually sits in the Elders Bench. I never asked why but I presume out of respect. Sometimes I will just sit and imagine what it was like back in the days of yore, the way they were dressed etc. Something about the scene is rather soothing to me.

Full of Day of Yore! I'd be entertained to see it filled with members! Looks a little cold empty! ;)

Funny how many differing definitions there are to the simple style. Budhists would beat these guys by just plopping on the floor. At least these folks have benches to sit on. Now add a few cushions and I might be tempted..lol. Now I'm not talking about reclining airplane seats with cup holders and all. But it is interesting to see where lines are drawn for the sake of comfort. Reason would suggest that a happy butt is a returning butt! Anyway, excel inside look were even Mr. Spock or Captain Kirk haven't gone before. Great pic Michelle. Hugs and kisses from Dave :^)

Oh this is a stunning shot. I can feel the smoothness of the worn wood and the wonderful smell of old wood. This is my kind of photography. Fantastic shot !
