Description

I seem to be going back to my Mexico trip a lot lately, must be the weather and the desire for some warm, sunny days!! These are just a few of the stairs I have to climb to get home every day when I'm down there. Things are never quite even, straight, smooth, or even necessarily safe down there, so you watch every step you take. This is about halfway up, it does a dog leg to the left then back to the right. Who need the gym when you get to do this several times a day???

This is another outstanding shot...the sense of color is amazingly vivid and full of snazzy life! Something's definitely afoot here! Everything in this image strikes me as something almost otherworldly and utterly familiar at the same time. My favorite stairs (and bars) in Prague don't exactly fit within any kind of safety code, which in a strange way, makes them safer, and yeah...some of the stairs I've had to climb or descend are best traversed with safety cables and a helmet! To make a long story short, this image ranks up there with your bridge shot...full of vibrant life, intriguing textures, and half-hidden stories lurking in the captured shadows and textures. Great stuff!

A very attractive picture Marilyn. The mixture of colours to the stone steps, a slight overgrowth of grass and plant-life and the addition of a gradual filter gives warmth and beauty. I wouldn't like to be climbing them that often lol.

This is a super shot, Marilyn. Has an 'old world' feel to it despite being in the 'new world.' I'm sure it is a wonderful place to get away to.

I know where this is really, it's the final few steps to the crock of gold at the end of the rainbow.lol. You have turned it into a magical scene with the postwork Marilyn, I seem to remember one like this allready in your gallery, but this version is enchanting to say the least. The myriad of colours give it a wonderful warmth, it compels you to climb to the top. Fantastic lead in, has to be a fav. Superb work! Bravo!!!!!5+++++

Kind of spooky. In dire need of a maintenance crew, or at least a gardener! Terrific POV, eerie colors, textures and lighting effects in this marvelous shot, Marilyn!
