Description

a simple portrait from the backlog. i found it difficult to create a background to fit the figure in postwork, so please let me know if they integrate well. thank you for viewing and commenting. i appreciate everyone who takes the time to look at my work, and even more those who foster my growth by giving me feedback.

Beautiful, soft, moody portrait. It matches background perfectly. I don't know if it was your intention, but that background brings fire/fireplace to mind. A great spot to share stories - and this was my first impression. This person seats near fire and listen tales :) You did really good job on her expression. She seems so absorbed! The only thing that bothers me it's position of her wrist. But I understand it's a limitation of a model.

Very nice. An impressionistic BG is best for many portraits,IMO. The wrist needs a little attention, but can be post-worked. Very impressive!

Very impressive. Just the right balance between stylized and realistic. I like the background and feel that it informs the lighting well. The expression is perfect. I have to agree that the wrist is a little rough. What's she listening to?

I see positive stunning brilliance. Well titled with a very complimentary background, it should not take away from this incredible lifelike render, so - well done!

I don´t know what may be but there´s a particular aura in this image. One could be hours looking at it. Wish a could have such a nice listener near to me.

Perfect title. She looks really like a listener, and one who enjoys what she's listening. Excellent job. I like the lighting too.

A beautiful, natural portrait--you really brought out the best in this texture! A tiny bit of fil light on the back of the hand would reduce the contrast between the light edge of the hand and the darkness behind it, and I think it wouldn't detract from the face as long as it was subtle. Also no one would be looking at the Poser Wrist that way. I love her expression!
