Description
This is a sculpture on the corner of the Street where the court building is, no matter where I went there was roadworks, fencing and bollards, this is about the best of ten shots I took. Again I cannot tell you anything about this as I have not been down Manchester for a few years. As anybody knows places change overnight sometimes.

I like this statue very much Jeff, it is a shame about the road works. It is the same in bay.. Men digging up roads all the time!!! I love the feeling of movement in the flight of the birds. Thank you for sunshine my friend. I feel the need of it more today. Hugs for you!!. Diane. xx

The sculpture itself is lovely, however it is a shame it is not in a more featured location and scrubbed up a bit for better presentation. The overall artwork though is lovely and you have done an admireable job capturing it.

i took me a while to work out what they were .birds i believe :o)..its a shame about the clutter but it does`nt matter its still a good shot and we can see what you were trying to take .as for pebbles ,well jeff there are tons of them all shapes and sizes you would be like be kid in a sweet shop :o).. mick

Yeah, the fence, the cones, the debris, they just all give it such an ambience!! Too bad, cuz it IS a lovely sculpture. Progress, though, right???

Perhaps the classical symbol of freedom with these white birds and yes, it's modern art. But, personnaly I see it like a work progress... Good shot !

Considering the obstacles, you've done a splendid job, I really admire this piece of artwork. I don't ever recollect seeing this Jeff, don't know how long it has been there. Theres lots of new things going up the whole time. Only today in the MENews, 4 new Tall buildings planned but don't think we are talking New York here lol. As you know I only live 20 minutes away on the bus, might take a photo trip one day.

Lovely shot!! It makes me thing of when they release 'Peace Doves' at ceremonies etc.It is a pity about the cones but if that is how it looks around this beautiful artwork then that is how you should show it!!!!

I have heaps of windshield shots as you already know, they always come out fine with me! Peace doves, rather an appropiate thing to have near a court house dont you think!
