I love your high-sea pictures. This one have a frightening atmosphere... The threatening sky... the lightening.. the sea foam from the waves.. the ocean showing it's sharp teeth... It is a bit scarey though..showing that nature can be violent and beautiful at the same time. I used to sail with 20-100 tons danish industrial fishing boats in my younger days...so i have felt the fear when mother nature went more violent than i really liked. But the high-sea pictures are very beautiful anyway. And i know they are a tribute to your late mother.

Wonderfully turbulent scene! I love the golden glow, the waves and spray, and the sheen of the rain. I too think it will get through, but I hope they haven't eaten recently. Excellent image!
