Description

Scenario: "Decided to get up early, this morning and see what last evening's light snowfall had done to my favorite mountain view at the lake." This render is based on a previous post, titled 'Quiet Reflection.' I re-worked all of the terrains, the lighting and the overall setting. The appearance is early morning, altho I added one radial light to highlight the rocky area on the left to soften the dark shadows in the center area. Needless to say, these changes doubled the original render time as I used the premium settings for this one. I am very pleased with the result of this one. Much thanks to Neil (grafikeer) for numerous site mails clueing me into all of the gadgets and gizmos within the terrain editor. Enjoy, and thanks for viewing and commenting... Your attention to detail and commitment to perfection are admirable Keith. Its a great job and so photographic, its nearly too real! (And can I nudge you about 2 site mails I sent about our Future Fantasy section??- A "No" is fine, I'd understand, but I'd just like to know!)

Bravo Keith...you've taken the info and run with this one!!The sky Atmo and your terrains are very well done, and the addition of that radial light really adds a point of interest in the composition.I compared the two images and you've really improved an already good image...well done-Neil.

Wonderful terrain work again Keith, you'll have to let me into the tricks that Neil gave you. The water looks stunning and reflects this the great terrain. Great rework. Tony :-)
