Description
I have never seen the northern lights in person and I know they are multi-colored.I was thinking about this effect of the sunset and correlated the two.
I merged 2 hand held photos to form this panorama.hope you enjoy.the effect of the clouds were not do to my wide angel of 10mm,but were natural.the sun was to the far right of the picture

Amazing colors- another brilliant sky capture! The Northern Lights are a sight to behold-we see them in New England-two years ago it was an incredible light show that looked like Apophysis in the night sky. Excellent work, Richard!!!
