I would tell you how sneaky I was being when I took this shot, but really, these were growing in a ditch! If I remember right, this blossom was no bigger than a quarter! I think this is from last May. Enjoy the virtual sunshine! :)

Oh, the things you find in ditches. I love the colors here, and the splash of red. This reminds me of some bizarre deep-sea creature--or some alien that I'd write about if I wasn't so hooked on writing about...well...very strange people. Another favorite! Top notch work!
