Description

I became a frog a few years ago and I've grown use to it, for the most part. It all started as I laid out the details for M'Lady's bath. After all the preparations were finished, I sat in the hallway, waiting, in case the mistress needed anything. The oils, powders and perfume had been measured and added. The rosepetals were floating on the surface and all the candles lit, as well as the incense. I had chilled the wine and set the glass within reach and..... "Oh my." I said to myself with sense of dread. Had I poured the wine into the glass? Sweat began to form and I laid my head back against the wall with a thud. "Norville!!" came the bellowing screech, echoing throughout the castle. I rushed in, head bowed and turned away. My mistress growled through clenched teeth, to "Please pour my wine". The word "please" had no politeness in it. I filled the glass with trembling hands and apologized. Then I did the worst thing imaginable. I looked. I think all I saw was a bare shoulder, but suddenly there was a green flash and everything grew taller. The smoke cleared and I was looking up at the candles and M'Lady's evil grin from over the edge of the tub. I again tried to apologize, but all that came out was, "R-r-r-ribit". All in all, it isn't so bad. I had been a middle-aged hunchback and now I was a rather handsome young frog.

LOL. And now, you can't pour the wine into the glass, ever again. Serves her right for wearing her hat in the bath (love the hat, by the way - and the candles). I don't know what caused it, but there's some odd colour banding on the front face of the bath.
