Description

I decided to really challenge myself this time and create a scene involving suspension bridges and platforms created in the terrain editor. The bridge is composed of three pieces created on seperate layers in photoshop to allow ease of alignment when piecing together. The platforms are four seperate elements combined...supports,braces,planks and railings. The buildings are bryce primitives.Almost all the textures are from cgtextures.com,the exception being the background foliage and the trim on the roof of each building.Rendered with Premium setting and true ambiance selected, and this small size still took 4 hours to render. Thanks and enjoy-Neil.

Nice image! Great job in the terrain editor. The trees and grass on the mountains in the background look good too.

Wow Neil, you're taking Bryce to new heights and leaving me lagging behind. This is fantastic with a great POV, Excellent modelling and great atmosphere. I also like the terrain work ... I suppose what I'm saying is that this is a fav. Tony :-)

Great modeling work, Neil. I really like those bridges and the way you have them positioned. Super POV and ATMOS, as well.

Excellent creation. Great modeling work with the bridges and good scene setup, composition, POV, and all that. I do think the ambience settings on the building trimwork is off though.

Very good. I like this place a lot. Very secluded, like it's supposed to be. Good job on the modelling and lighting.

This is absolutely fabulous, the type of Bryce creation I favour on Renderosity, with audacious pov and a great sense of the depth of field. I 'll have to come again to your gallery! Excellent Bryce you've done here ! Bravo.

The POV on this one induces a sense of vertigo! Great job, very effectively executed!!
