morning all :o) another shot from inside the station at darlington only taken wide to try and capture this fine building .the engine is a class 47 working as a frieght puller .not many of these left now ,mostly class 66 and 67 for heavy haul .the station is deserted because it was bitterly cold and they were all inside the waiting room in the warmth i`ve been trying to catch up with you all and i think i`m getting there :o).. have a great day and thanks for looking and your continued support

I don't know why, but I love shots like this, it must be the design of these old stations. I spent many many years stood on platforms like this before I learnt to drive. Great photo Mick. Tony :-)
